The customer is a leading call services provider for US health insurance companies. To make it easier for their clients to effectively deliver all
the necessary features and functionality their businesses offer to end-users, the customer needed a reliable and comprehensive CRM solution, easy
to scale and use, as well as the ability to constantly change the functionality and structure of the application, depending on the needs of a particular client and their business dynamics.

Cirrus solution covers a gigantic complex technological system with numerous integrations and a dynamic environment. 

Before the PieSoft team stepped in, a production system and a complex environment already existed. Also, the primary code storage held other projects.
